REQUEST FOR YEAR END REPORT - LEGISLATURE MINI REPORT

THEY WILL BE READ BY YOUR LOCAL LEGISLATORS
PLEASE GIVE THEM SOME THOUGHT!
DUE: JANUARY 12th, 2005

Dear Weed Management Area Coordinators and Leaders:

Except for some loose ends we have ended the initial phase of SB1740 state funding for WMAs. I am compiling a Final Program Report that will have professional layout and printing and will be handed out to legislators this March. This report is our chance to make the case for another 3 years of WMA funding. What I need from you by January 12th, 2005 is:

1) Answers to the standard questions which we have been tracking annually for the period of Jan. 1 - Dec. 31 2004 (not cumulative)

2) Two paragraphs which will summarize and highlight the cummulative accomplishments of your group for the whole 4 years! I have attached documents showing what we had from you on a yearly basis the past 3 years. Give this its due attention!!! Your legislators and their staff will undoubtably read the section on your WMA. Please follow the formatting style of the 2003 report closely!!!

Thanks,
